Well then….this has been interesting. Safe to say that an awful lot has already happened this year-

 

Some of it is awesome, Some downright frightening…. so Is it actually January 19 today, or is it more like December 50th?

 

Regardless of where YOU’RE at, it’s pretty certain that the novelty of a New Year has worn off. So a little “checkup from the neck-up” is perfectly timely. This week’s lesson will give you permission to do that check-in, and a little perspective on why it’s super-important to get your head on straight right now.
