In marathon running, when you get somewhere between Mile 18 and Mile 22 you hit what is known as the wall.  It’s the point at which your body physically and mentally wants to stop. 
 
For some runners this point is the end of their race.
 
But for most runners, they are able to implement a few tips to help them fight through the wall and finish strong. 
 
In 2021, today marks “the wall” of our year. Do you have what it takes to finish strong and fight off potential burnout?
