One of our favorite lessons to help clients implement is the Daily Big 6.
It’s not a to-do list, but it helps you get a lot more of your important work done a lot more efficiently and effectively.
The lesson stems from a conversation between efficiency expert Ivy Lee and his client Charles Schwabb back in the Bethlehem Steel days. This one lesson, when implemented and followed, actually resulted in a $25,000 check getting written to Lee. That’s about a half million dollars in today’s money.
So enjoy the lesson, and be sure to drop in the comments below the most important things YOU are working on accomplishing today.
